Paul Blackmore, cice president of development, UK & Ireland at Hilton, will join as a panellist for the upcoming Hotel Owner Conference on 3rd November 2026 at Prince Philip House, London.
Blackmore is responsible for driving Hilton’s estate growth across the UK and Ireland for all non-luxury brands.
His current strategic focus centers on expanding Hilton’s collection brands – including Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton – alongside spearheading the group’s push into the premium economy segment following the recent debut of Spark by Hilton.
With more than 20 years of experience in hotel development, Blackmore has established a strong track record across some of the world’s most dynamic hospitality markets.
Since joining Hilton in 2017, he has held various senior leadership roles spanning Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Most recently, he served as vice president of architecture, design, and construction for Europe, Türkiye, and North Africa.
Prior to his tenure at Hilton, Blackmore was the managing director of CIMC Modular Building Solutions. In this role, he gained deep expertise in modular construction, adaptive reuse, and hotel conversions – gaining technical insights that are increasingly relevant to modern asset owners looking to mitigate development timelines and costs.
“We are delighted to welcome Paul to our speaker lineup for this year’s conference,” said Michael Northcott, editor of Hotel Owner. “As hotel owners navigate fluctuating build costs and shifting investor appetites, the ability to scale efficiently through conversions, modular construction, and flexible collection brands is paramount.
“Paul’s extensive global background, combined with his direct oversight of Hilton’s non-luxury pipeline in the UK and Ireland, will offer our delegates an invaluable macro-perspective on where the smart money is moving in hotel development.”
The Hotel Owner Conference 2026 continues to secure a diverse roster of major brand executives, independent operators, and industry experts to address the shifting operational and investment landscape. Tickets and full programme details are available via the official website.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
