The Lanes Hotel on the Brighton seafront is set to be sold at auction on a freehold basis, with bidding expected to start from £2.8m.
The hotel comprises 33 en suite bedrooms across three adjoining buildings and features a bar, public areas, parking and views of the coast.
According to agents at Fleurets and Savills, who are managing the sale, the business is being offered as a going concern. The family-owned property has been operated by the same owners since 1997.
Bids for the Grade II-listed site must be submitted by Friday 15 May so that the sale will complete under an auction contract on Wednesday 20 May.
