Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, located in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, has announced that it is now accepting reservations for stays beginning January 5, 2026. The resort is situated between Camelback and Mummy mountains, near the historic district of Old Town Scottsdale. This development coincides with Scottsdale’s 75th anniversary celebrations.
The resort is the result of a multi-million-dollar renovation of the former Scottsdale Plaza Resort. The property, spanning 40 acres, will initially open with 260 Canyon Guestrooms and Casitas. Additional Valley Villas and Residences are expected to open in late 2026. The redesign was led by design firm Saguez & Dash, focusing on integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Kimpton Miralina will feature six swimming pools, including the Canyon Oasis Pool, and more than 50,000 square feet of event space. The Horizon Pavilion will serve as a venue for various events, offering views of the surrounding mountains.
The resort’s culinary offerings will be led by Chef Wes Avila, known for his work in Los Angeles. The dining options will include Hecho Libre, a three-meal restaurant, and a poolside bar named Cima. Executive Chef Stephen Jones will oversee daily operations, including in-room dining and catering.
Wellness amenities at the resort include Spa Miralina, which will offer five treatment rooms, poolside massage pavilions, a salon, sauna, and cold plunge. A fitness pavilion will also be available, designed to harmonize with the desert environment.
Reservations are now open, with rates beginning at $359 per night.
