The average daily rate (ADR) remained stagnant at $161.57, showing no year-over-year growth. Consequently, the revenue per available room (RevPAR), a critical measure of hotel performance, also fell by 3.2% to $108.23.
Despite the general downtrend, St. Louis stood out with impressive gains in the hotel sector. The city experienced a remarkable 19.5% increase in occupancy, reaching 80.0%.
