Y Castell, a pub with rooms on Castle Square in Caernarfon, has been brought to market for £70,000.
Situated 100 metres from Caernarfon Castle, Y Castell was built in around 1827 and originally served as the town’s post office.
Today it serves as a pub-restaurant, with eleven bedrooms and a function room, and the business has established a strong, loyal customer base.

“Sadly, I was diagnosed with advanced cancer last year, and I will continue to receive treatment for the foreseeable future. As such I am no longer able to work. It is a great opportunity for a new operator, particularly being free of tie.”
