The Signature Wine Therapy Massage treatment is experienced in our exclusive Spa Villa, featuring a private pool and outdoor deck. This therapy includes a selection of essential grape oils to soothe the mind and body, followed by a 30-minute Oxygen Therapy session with the aroma of your choice. At the end of your treatment, you will receive a glass of NIZUC’s “Santo Tomás” wine and a delectable treat crafted by our Executive Pastry chef.

A ROMANTIC EVENING AT RAMONA
Treat your love to a sensory journey at NIZUC’s signature restaurant, Ramona. Our Chef Irving Cupul has curated a personalized Valentine’s Day dinner menu that showcases the finest local ingredients in a contemporary interpretation of traditional Mexican cuisine, paired perfectly with our sommelier’s selection of Santo Tomas wines.
The romantic candlelit ambiance at Ramona sets the mood for an intimate evening.
Our savory journey starts with the Chef’s Amuse Bouche and Textures of Beetroot, Walnuts & Dried Fruit Crunch, and Red Apple as the first course. Two entrées offer a choice of sumptuous flavors: Buttered Salmon Trout, Asparagus, Brie Cheese Sauce, Rose Petals, and Vanilla from Papantla Infusion and Stuffed Quail with Walnuts, “Mole Rosa” Glazed Carrots with Orange, and Sparkling Wine. For a sweet finale to your evening, a “Valentine’s Cake” of Meringue, Strawberry Ganache, Raspberry Coulis, and Vanilla Namelaka Cream. Couples will enjoy a special gift of chocolate truffles to conclude the evening.
