It begins with non GMO wheat grown in Washington State, sourced from a collective of farmers dedicated to sustainable practices and exceptional flavor. The dough is naturally leavened using a 100 year old sourdough starter, a living heritage that gives the crust its signature depth and balance.

Chef Taylor Wolters grew up in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, learning to cook beside his grandmother and discovering early on how good food brings people together. After graduating from the Maui Culinary Academy, he honed his craft in kitchens across Hawaii, Alaska, and Colorado before joining the award winning team at Beverly’s Restaurant in Coeur d’Alene.

Now at Tito’s, Chef Taylor blends classical Italian technique with Northwest inspiration, creating food that’s both timeless and exciting. His guiding philosophy: respect the ingredients, cook with passion, and never stop learning.

General Manager: Josh Bolden

With more than 16 years of experience in hospitality, Josh Bolden brings a wealth of
expertise to his role as General Manager. A Certified Sommelier with a background in fine dining and luxury resorts, Josh is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. His approach is built on genuine connection and a deep appreciation for wine, food, and community.

Assistant Manager: Megan Moutaw

Megan Moutaw adds heart and enthusiasm to the Tito’s leadership team. With over a
decade in hospitality and experience managing fine dining operations in Montana, she has a passion for event planning and guest satisfaction. Megan ensures that every guest feels cared for, whether they’re celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a casual evening out.
