The month saw a year-over-year occupancy increase of 1.9%, reaching 69.9%. The ADR soared by 15.6% to BRL831.02, while RevPAR jumped 17.9% to BRL580.97. These figures mark the highest occupancy level for September since 2010.
A standout event was the NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers on September 5, which propelled the ADR to a monthly peak of BRL964.24, the highest since March. The game also drove occupancy to 77.7% and RevPAR to BRL748.78.
The São Paulo Beer Festival on September 24 set the month’s highest occupancy at 87.5%. Meanwhile, the FIEE 2025 trade fair on September 10 saw RevPAR hit a monthly high of BRL758.97.
