Queensway Hotels and Tristan Capital Partners are to open their 11th Point A hotel, with a new site in Dublin’s Liberties neighbourhood due to welcome guests from 14 July.
The 95-room hotel will be the brand’s second in the city, following its opening on Parnell Street. It is part of Point A’s ongoing expansion across major cities in the UK and Ireland, backed by Tristan Capital Partners’ European Property Investors Special Opportunities 6 fund, which holds a majority stake in the brand.
Designed for modern travellers, the new hotel features compact rooms and amenities including a lounge with café bar, free high-speed WiFi, 24-hour front desk, self-check-in kiosks, luggage storage and accessible rooms.
