The Wisteria Hotel in Rutland has been brought to market with a guide price of £1.8m, ending eight years of operation by its current family owners.
The property contains 25 boutique-style en suite bedrooms, the Hunters bar and restaurant, a garden and a car park.

“The Wisteria has been more than an investment for our family, it has been our home, and a place filled with milestones, including welcoming our second son during our time living at the hotel and navigating the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. We are immensely proud of what has been achieved, from the growth of the business to the wonderful team and loyal customer base that underpin its success.”
They added: “As our family circumstances and other business commitments have evolved, we feel the time is right to pass the baton to a new owner who can build on the strong foundations now in place. We have every confidence that the Wisteria Hotel will continue to flourish and remain a valued part of the community for many years to come.”
