Lloyds Banking Group’s Dave North and Jeavon Lolay have been confirmed as contributors for the Hotel Owner Conference 2026, as the event builds its programme around the economic, investment and operational trends shaping the future of UK hotel ownership.
The Hotel Owner Conference 2026, hosted by Hotel Owner magazine, will take place on 3 November 2026 at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5DG, bringing together leading hoteliers, investors and industry experts for a day of insight, discussion and networking.
The conference will explore key themes affecting hotel businesses, spanning finance and development, technology, design, and sustainability, with a programme built around thought-provoking panels, expert speakers and opportunities for delegates to connect with peers and suppliers.
North is Head of Hotels within Corporate & Institutional Banking at Lloyds Banking Group, where he leads the group’s growth strategy for hotels with a focus on prime markets. He works with hotel clients to provide financial resources to support strategic objectives, including acquisitions and accretive capex.
Lolay is Head of Market Insights at Lloyds Corporate & Institutional Banking, leading the team focused on UK economics and global developments impacting major financial markets. Lloyds said his team communicates its views externally through regular written commentary and formal presentations, and Lolay regularly presents at events in the UK and internationally.
