Kimpton has signed an agreement to open the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona, in early 2026.

Kimpton, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced the signing of the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The resort is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will be the first IHG-branded luxury and lifestyle property in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area. The development involves the reimagining of an existing 42-acre site.

The resort will be located near the Camelback and Mummy Mountains and close to Old Town Scottsdale. It will feature more than 400 guest rooms, suites, and villas. The property will also include 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event and meeting spaces.

Amenities at the resort will include two tennis courts, a fitness center, access to hiking trails, six swimming pools, a salon, and a day spa. Additional features will include complimentary bike rentals, in-room yoga mats, and morning coffee and tea service. The resort will also offer four food and beverage options, developed in partnership with lifestyle hospitality group sbe.

Partners Group and Trinity Investments will jointly own the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas. Highgate will manage the property. This development marks the first IHG-branded property within the portfolios of both Partners Group and Trinity Investments.

The Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas will be the second Kimpton property in Arizona, joining the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Phoenix. This development is part of Kimpton’s ongoing expansion, with nearly 150 properties open or in the pipeline globally. Upcoming locations include Napa Valley, Pacific Grove, New York City, and Kaua’i, Hawaii.
