It includes four distinct career pathways, ranging from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles. Participants in the program will engage in a combination of accredited academic courses, hands-on training, and mentorship from senior leaders within IHG. Additionally, the program offers opportunities for cross-functional and international exposure within IHG’s global operations.
The initiative is open to both current IHG employees and new hires who are Saudi nationals. It aims to support the growth of local talent and contribute to the sustainable development of Saudi Arabia’s tourism industry. The program is part of IHG’s broader commitment to developing local talent, which includes existing initiatives such as IHG University and IHG Academy.
