Ewunie has a distinguished background in hospitality finance and a track record of delivering strong financial leadership. She joins from her role as group purchase ledger clerk at Hyatt Regency London Stratford, where her career with Hyatt began in 2023.
Known for her strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Ewunie will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategy, supporting the broader growth objectives of the hotel and the Hyatt brand.
Her appointment reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and financial stewardship.
