Dorchester Collection has announced that its corporate office and three UK hotels, The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park, have been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. The group was recognised with the award for Big Organisations in the hospitality sector, while its UK hotels were featured in the Top Ten Best Places to Work for Big Organisations for 2025.
The national survey recognises “excellence” across British workplaces and rewards organisations that “go above and beyond” for inclusivity and employee wellbeing.
The Dorchester Collection said its company culture is rooted in its ‘We Care’ philosophy, which “ensures every team member is genuinely valued and treated like family”.
The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park were also recognised as some of the top organisations to work for in the country. The UK properties “pride themselves on their strong commitment to employee development”, from internships to leadership schemes, while employees also receive a wide range of benefits including recognition schemes, celebrations, food and drinks discounts, and complimentary stays across Dorchester Collection.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 31 questions, covering WorkL’s six key drivers of employee engagement, including reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing.
The responses from employees are then formulated and analysed to create the official rankings.
