CG Developers Global has announced the launch of the first JW Marriott Residence at Dubai Islands in collaboration with Marriott International.
CG Developers Global has entered into an agreement with Marriott International to launch the first JW Marriott Residence at Dubai Islands, Central. The project will feature 115 ocean-view residences and is part of CG Developers’ strategy to expand its presence in the luxury residential market.
The development is located in the heart of Dubai Islands and aims to combine CG Developers’ real estate expertise with Marriott International’s service standards. The residences will offer various ownership options and include services and lifestyle privileges associated with the JW Marriott brand.
The project is part of a broader collaboration between CG Corp Global, the parent company of CG Developers, and Marriott International. This collaboration involves the conversion of The Farm at San Benito in the Philippines into an Autograph Collection property and the introduction of a new brand, Series by Marriott, which will also feature Fern Hotels.
JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central is not owned or developed by Marriott International but will operate under a license agreement. Mars Estates Limited, a subsidiary of CG Gulf Real Estate Development LLC, manages the development.
