Adagio FY revenues rise 7% to €339m amid strong occupancy rate

Adagio has reported a 7% rise in revenues to €339m (£297m) in 2025, excluding franchise operations, as the aparthotel operator’s average occupancy rate rose by three points to 81% during the period.

The group, which ended the year with 130 properties across 16 countries, welcomed 1.6 million guests – spelling a 14% increase on 2024. Room nights sold also grew by 8% as the business expanded its European footprint.

Leisure travellers accounted for 55% of stays, while business travellers made up 45%. Business guests stayed for an average of 5.2 nights.

Direct sales through proprietary channels at Adagio now represent 50% of all bookings. The company stated this indicates a strengthening of direct customer relationships.

The firm opened new locations in London, Stuttgart, and Bordeaux last year.

Adagio also signed a management partnership with the Sergic Group, which covers nine properties under the Adagio Access brand. The deal increases the number of properties operated by the brand in France by 8%.

The company plans to renovate eight sites in 2026 as part of a strategy to modernise the portfolio and ensure service consistency.

Internal metrics showed a net promoter score of 52.1. The brand aims to further standardise the customer journey across its international network.

Xavier Desaulles, chief executive of Adagio, said: “Aparthotels today meet evolving expectations, more space, greater flexibility, longer stays, and this is what drives our momentum. 2025 confirms the strength and resilience of our model.

“After an exceptional 2024, we have continued our growth trajectory while enhancing the quality of the experience we offer our guests. I would like to commend the remarkable commitment of all our teams, both in the field and at headquarters, as well as the renewed confidence of our partners, in particular the Sergic Group, with whom we have reached a key milestone in our development.”

He added: “We will approach 2026 with confidence and vigilance, with a clear ambition: to make Adagio the benchmark for aparthotels in Europe, through operational excellence in service of the guest experience, the quality of our locations, and the strength of our brand.”
