The first Park Hyatt-branded residences in London will launch to the market later this year in the Nine Elms district.
The development consists of 103 private apartments situated above the Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel. The project is being brought to market by property consultancy Knightcrest, backed by developer Valouran. The residences were designed by architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and include views of the River Thames and the city skyline.
Interior design for the first phase has been completed by Christian Bense. The launch will include two show apartments on the 26th floor. Further design collaborators for the project are expected to be announced at a later date.
Knightcrest has appointed Henry Barrow as sales director to lead the commercial strategy for the site. Barrow previously worked on several luxury residential projects in the capital and joins a team led by managing director Charles Leigh.
Residents will have access to the neighbouring hotel’s amenities, including dining, wellness facilities and concierge services. The apartments are being marketed as turnkey properties for a global audience.
