Wynn Resorts and Marjan LLC have announced a new resort, Janu Al Marjan Island, set to open in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in late 2028.

Wynn Resorts and Marjan LLC have announced plans for a new development, Janu Al Marjan Island, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The project, a collaboration with Aman Group, is scheduled to open in late 2028. This marks the second joint venture between Wynn Resorts and Marjan LLC on Al Marjan Island, following the development of Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Aman Group will manage Janu Al Marjan Island, featuring 132 rooms with views of the Arabian Gulf. The resort will feature a wellness center with facilities including a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam. Additional amenities will comprise a mixology bar, two restaurants, a nightlife venue, and a kids’ club. The resort will also offer a private beach, a beach club, and a pool.

Adjacent to the hotel, a residential tower will provide Janu Residences, offering one- to five-bedroom units and standalone villas.

The development of Janu Al Marjan Island is part of a broader strategy to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as a hospitality destination. The project is situated directly across from Wynn Al Marjan Island, which is scheduled to open in 2027. The Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, featuring 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining venues, a theater, a beach club, and a marina. It will also include a shopping promenade and an events center.

The strategic location of these developments is approximately 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, positioning them as accessible destinations for international visitors. The collaboration between Wynn Resorts, Marjan LLC, and Aman Group reflects ongoing efforts to attract global travelers to Ras Al Khaimah through high-profile hospitality projects.
