Hilton has signed agreements to open three new Curio Collection hotels in Italy, expanding its presence in Genova, Sorrento, and Milan.
Hilton has announced the signing of three new hotels under its Curio Collection brand in Italy. The new properties will be located in Genova, Sorrento, and Milan, marking an expansion of Hilton’s portfolio in the country.
The Grand Hotel Savoia Genova, Curio Collection by Hilton, will be the first of the three to open, with a scheduled launch in December 2025. The 117-room hotel is situated on the Gulf of Genova in the Ligurian Sea, marking Hilton’s first property in Genova. The hotel will offer a restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop lounge, meeting space, ballroom, spa, and gym. It is centrally located in Genoa, across from the Piazza Principe train station, which connects to Milan and other towns along the Ligurian coast.
The Majestic Palace Sorrento, Curio Collection by Hilton, is set to open in spring 2027 following a renovation. The hotel will feature 75 rooms, each with a private balcony. Located in Sant’Agnello, near Sorrento, the property will feature leisure amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and wellness area. The hotel is 2 kilometers from Sorrento’s main square and is accessible by train or ferry from nearby cities.
Cadorna Hotel Milan, Curio Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to open in January 2028. The hotel will have over 120 rooms and is located on Piazzale Luigi Cadorna in Milan. The property will include a gym, bar, and restaurant. It is within walking distance of major tourist attractions and is just one minute from Milano Cadorna Railway Station, providing easy access to the city’s public transportation network.
These developments are part of Hilton’s strategy to expand its Curio Collection brand across key European markets. The brand recently opened a property in Caceres, Spain, and has plans for further openings in Cappadocia, Turkey, and other locations in the coming years.
