The Hampton Inn, constructed in 1997, is situated at the Trenton Street/U.S. Highway 167 Exit along Interstate 20. This location offers significant access and visibility, benefiting from nearby attractions and institutions such as Louisiana Tech University, Thomas Assembly Center, Joe Aillet Stadium, Northern Louisiana Medical Center, North Park Mall, the Ruston Sports Complex, and the Dixie Center for the Arts.
The area surrounding the hotel is poised for economic growth, with several major developments underway. These include the construction of a new Buc-ee’s, anticipated to open by the end of 2026, and WestRock’s $97-million paper mill expansion.
