Hilton has signed an agreement to open a 304-room hotel in Hyderabad’s Gachibowli area, scheduled for January 2029.

Hilton has announced the signing of a new hotel project in Hyderabad, India, in partnership with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels and Convention. Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli is scheduled to open in January 2029. This development marks the second Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the city, following the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa.

The new hotel will be located on ISB Road in Gachibowli, a prominent commercial corridor in Hyderabad’s financial district. The area is known for its connectivity to key business hubs, including HITEC City, Neopolis, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. The hotel will cater to the business and technology sectors in the region, which are experiencing significant growth.

Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli will feature 304 guest rooms and suites. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, two bars, an executive lounge, a business center, fitness facilities, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Additionally, the property will offer a spa.

A notable feature of the hotel is its convention center, which will provide approximately 62,000 square feet of event space. This includes three ballrooms, a junior ballroom, and two meeting halls, positioning the hotel as a venue for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) in the city.

Hyderabad, with a GDP of approximately $94 billion, is one of India’s fastest-growing urban economies. The city hosts numerous multinational corporations and over 110 million square feet of Grade A office space, driving demand for accommodation and convention facilities.

Hilton’s expansion in Hyderabad aligns with the company’s broader strategy to grow its presence in high-potential markets. The company has a portfolio of 71 trading and pipeline hotels across South Asia and aims to increase this to 300 trading hotels over the next decade. Earlier this year, Hilton announced plans to double its brand presence in India.
