Starhotels has revealed that it posted record net profits of €34.3m (£29.8m) for the year ended 31 December 2025, a 9% increase YOY.
Alongside this, the company posted total revenues of €314.8m (£273.3m), an increase of 2.8% compared with 2023 and EBITDA of €102.7m (£89.2m), which was equivalent to 32.6% of revenues.
As a result of these financials the company has stated that it is accelerating its expansion plans. The group has recently secured a new 10-year €350m (£303.8m) loan financial agreement, replacing the previous five-year €460m (£399.3m) facility.
This move increases economic efficiency and reallocates resources towards enhancing the current real estate portfolio, acquiring new hotel properties, and signing new management agreements under lease and management contract formats.
As part of this drive, Starhotels has acquired ownership and management of the Hermitage Hotel and Resort, a four-star property with 59 rooms in Forte dei Marmi, thus marking its debut in the resort segment and reinforcing its presence in Tuscany.
The resort will join the group’s portfolio at the end of the 2025 season and is scheduled to reopen to the public under the Starhotels Collezione brand in the 2026 season, following an extensive refurbishment aimed at preserving and enhancing the property’s distinctive historical identity.

The best net profit in our history, while maintaining excellent margins, is the result of the extraordinary commitment of the entire Starhotels team.
