Mereté Hotel Management has been selected by Sycan B Corporation and ROEX, LLC, to manage a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Roseburg, Oregon. The hotel is scheduled to open January 2026, located in Hanna Heritage Place between I-5 and Mulholland Drive at exit 125, providing easy access to all areas of town.
Mereté continues to expand its management portfolio, which includes 20 select-service branded hotels in Oregon and Washington. “We are thrilled to add this hotel to our portfolio, and we continue to look for opportunities where we can add value to hotel owners and developers.” Mereté was recognized in 2024 as one of Hotel Management Magazine’s, “Top 3rd Party Management Companies” and is a premier management partner based in the Pacific NW.
This Holiday Inn Express & Suites will offer 100 guest rooms designed to deliver a great night’s sleep and will embody the brand statement of “Simple Smart Travel.” Guests can expect more where it matters, enjoying an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, small meeting room, free internet throughout the hotel, and other signature amenities.
