Luxury hotel Foyers Lodge in Loch Ness has been brought to market with a guide price of £1.1m.
The hotel has undergone an extensive renovation after it was acquired by current owners Anna Low and Phil Crowe in 2016.
The property is available with planning permission for further development of additional owners’ accommodation, garaging and a gym.
As a result, the hotel boasts three reception rooms, six en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained, one bedroom suite as well as a two bedroomstaff/owners’ apartment.
It also comes with eight salmon fishing licenses on Loch Ness and fishing rights on Loch Bran and Loch Mhor.
In 2024, the property earned a Michelin Key and was awarded Scottish Hotels’ Small Luxury Destination of the Year 2025.
Phiddy Robertson, who is handling the sale on behalf of Galbraith, said: “The current owners have created something very special, a business that combines award-winning hospitality with the tranquility and beauty of the Highlands.
